Shipping Charges

Mainland UK

All consignments will incur a £6.95 charge for delivery to a UK mainland destination

All deliveries are made by our contracted carriers.

Goods are dispatched on normal working days Monday to Friday and, in most cases, will arrive the next day, unless, you live in the north of Scotland where, because of locations, you may wait a further day.

We do not offer a (guaranteed next day service) simply because of the limitless range of things that can affect a delivery e.g. weather, incorrect delivery information or just driver error.

If a delivery is required on a Saturday, please ring us on 0116 2695192 to obtain a quotation.

Delivery Destinations

Mainland UK does not include the following areas:

• Scottish Isles
• Northern Ireland
• Republic Of Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isle of White
• For these areas the shipping cost is £16.95 per consignment & will take two to three days delivery.
• We do not dispatch to either, Jersey or Guernsey simply because, our carriers do not travel to either of these islands.

These destinations will be calculated at the additional charge when you enter your postcode details in the shopping cart process.

Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on stock holding and availability and hence we will do our very best to dispatch all orders received before midday, that same day, on a standard before 6pm next day service. If in the event we are out of stock of an item we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can.

For the following postcodes, our shipping service is a two day, not next day. AB51, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW14, IV3 & IV21-28, HS1-HS8, Ph51-PH44.

European and Worldwide Destinations

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a shipping service outside of the UK and Eire.
