Shipping Charges

Mainland UK

All of our products prices will incur a 6.95 charge for delivery to all standard UK mainland destinations*. Excludes roof boxes, see below
Deliveries are made by our contracted carrier. Goods are dispatched on normal working days Monday to Friday, no dispatches will be made on weekend days. If a special delivery is required on a Saturday, please ring us on 0116 2695192 to obtain a quotation.

ROOF BOXES - All boxes ( excluding the Thule Ranger ) will incur a £16.95 charge for all standard UK mainland destinations.* Please note that due to the size and recent rises in shipping charges we are unable to ship roof boxes overseas, which includes N Ireland, Eire, Channel isles, Scottish Isles etc or Scottish Highlands. If an order is processed for a box overseas or the Scottish Highlands then we will contact you by phone to inform you that we will refund your money and cancel your order.

Delivery Destinations

*Standard Mainland UK does not include the following areas.
Jersey
Guernsey
Scottish Isles
Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Isle of Man
Isle of White

These destinations will be calculated at an additional charge when you enter your postcode details in the shopping cart process.

Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on stock holding and availability and hence we will do our very best to dispatch all orders received before midday, that same day, on a standard before 6 next day service. If in the event we are out of stock of an item we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can.

For the following postcodes, our shipping service is a two day, not next day. AB51, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW14, IV3 & IV21-28, HS1-HS8, PH31-PH44.

European and Worldwide Destinations

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a shipping service outside of the UK and Eire.
